When can I start using the service
As soon as you receive the full address, you can start using it for mail. You are just minutes away - please call us or submit your details through the form at the top of the page.
How many company names or personal names can I use at the address?
There is no limit, but we do have AML (anti-money-laundering) checks, which means we may have to ask more information about your company registration details and passport copies of any individuals before we release mail to you.
Is this a central london business district address?
Yes, our offices are just a few minutes walk from Regents Park and the offices of WHICH! Other organisations and places that are just a walk away from our office include the BBC, Virgin, BT Tower, The Langham, Baker Street, Euston Station, and far more.
Can I use this as my registered business address?
Yes, you can, for domestic or foreign companies and without charge. However, you have to be registered with us and keep your details up to date. There is also a fee of £49 if you need us to keep a copy of your company records at the office for inspection by government departments.
How much will it cost me?

How should I pay you?
Depending on the amount of information we have available from you, we might ask you to top up your account to receive access to scans or forwarding services for your mail. Top up options are available by bank transfer, cheque, paypal, and credit or debit card. However, many of our customers benefit from receiving a single invoice on the first day of the month for the previous month of services.
